Comba States EN 18031 Compliance Across Wireless Enhancement Portfolio

Proactively aligning with EU cybersecurity and data protection standards to ensure secure wireless deployments

(Madrid, July 2025) – Comba Telecom Systems Holdings Limited (SEHK: 2342, SGX: STC), a global leader in wireless communications solutions, today announced the alignment of its wireless enhancement portfolio, including Active DAS (Distributed Antenna System) and wireless repeaters, with the European Union cybersecurity and data protection requirements under the Radio Equipment Directive (RED) 2014/53/EU. These requirements are supported by the harmonized European standard EN 18031, introduced through Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/30.

EN 18031 provides a clear framework for meeting cybersecurity, privacy, and fraud prevention obligations defined in RED Articles 3(3)(d), (e), and (f). In response to this regulatory framework, Comba enhanced product design with advanced security features and completed technical validation through testing at accredited laboratories.

By aligning with EN 18031, Comba confirms that its wireless enhancement solutions fully meet the applicable European market standards. This alignment enables the deployment of secure and compliant indoor and outdoor network infrastructure across Europe, ensuring strong data protection, regulatory readiness, and reduced risk for mobile operators, system integrators, and enterprises.

This compliance demonstrates Comba’s commitment to delivering high-performance, RED-compliant solutions that support the digital transformation of wireless networks in line with European regulatory expectations.
